4. Detailed information about your issue. If it regards a previously placed order, please include order date and number.

Your messages and questions are welcomed and appreciated. Any requests for assistance will be answered as quickly as possible by phone or email, depending on the volume of mail received. Please allow 24 hours for a response to your issue. However, our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 - 5:00 CST, so all weekend calls and emails will be answered as quickly as possible when the business week resumes. Your comments and suggestions will be forwarded to the appropriate staff for consideration, but we regret that it may not be possible to respond personally to each of you.
